參賽資格
- 全球各地年滿十八歲華人基督徒皆可參加 (「恩雨之聲」各地同工除外)
參賽規則
- 每位參賽者只可填報一份參賽報名表格及遞交一份參賽作品。
- 於比賽期間，參賽者不可以相同作品參加其他比賽，或作任何公開放映。
- 作品若包含任何第三方知識產權素材，參賽者必須自行取得使用權。
- 主辦機構及專業評審團擁有評審結果之最終決定權，不得異議或上訴。
- 主辦機構保留解釋參賽規則之權利。
- 主辦機構有權更改獎項安排及是次比賽相關活動，而不向參賽者作事前通知。
內容規定
- 必須以符合基督教信仰及聖經真理為原則。
- 必須符合加拿大相關法律，禁止一切包含歧視、誹謗、私隱、侵權、淫褻、不雅等內容。
- 必須為原創、不含抄襲成份、未曾公開發表及未曾參與其他比賽。
- 不可包含任何商業推廣或政治主張元素。
- 片長不得超過十分鐘（不包括片尾團隊名單）
- 不限語言，但必須加入中文字幕。
作品遞交
- 技術規格： MP4 HD
- 遞交程序：
- 填妥並遞交 【作品遞交表格】
- 於表格內，同時上傳所有版權授權書面証明
- 上傳作品至指定 Dropbox 賬戶
- 截止日期： 2022年10月31日 (北美東部夏令時間 EDT 23:59)
- 參賽者必須申報作品內所有第三方知識產權素材（如音樂、歌曲、肖像、圖片或影像等），並提交所有相關版權授權書面証明，未能提交者將被取消比賽資格。
- 任何虛報或漏報所引起之法律責任，由參賽者全權負責。
- 上傳作品時若出現延誤、遺失、或故障等情況，主辦機構毋須承擔任何責任。
作品使用
- 參賽者擁有參賽作品版權；主辦機構則擁有其使用權，包括以任何形式複製及無限次數展示及播放（包括網上平台），作比賽宣傳之用。
- 如作品獲獎，得獎者擁有參賽作品版權；主辦機構則有權複製及於全球各地傳媒（包括網上傳媒）無限次播出。
- 主辦機構在任何時期，均沒有責任或義務進行上述活動。
註: 上述重要事項及比賽規則的法律解釋皆以英文版本為準。
Eligibility
All ethnic Chinese Christians aged 18 or above all over the world (SOBEM staff excluded)
General Rules
- Each entrant can only fill one Contest Application Form and submit one entry video.
- Entrant is not allowed to enter any other contest with the same video or allow its public screening during the whole period of this contest.
- Entrant is solely responsible for obtaining written permission before using third party intellectual property right.
- All judging results by the organizer and the judging panel are final and there will be no appeal.
- The organizer reserves the right to interpret all Rules and Regulations of the contest.
- The organizer has the right to make changes to prize arrangement and activities related to the contest, without prior notice to Entrant.
Content Requirements
- All content must be based upon Christian faith and the Bible.
- Must be legal and must comply with all laws of Canada and must avoid any illegal acts such as discrimination, libel, invasion of privacy, obscenity and indecency.
- Must be original work, no plagiarism, never been publicized or submitted for any contest before.
- Should not promote business interest or political advocacy.
- Maximum duration is ten minutes (excluding closing credits).
- No language restriction, but Chinese subtitle is a must.
Entrant’s Video Submission
- Format: MP4 HD
- Submission procedures:
- Fill up and submit Entry Submission Form
- Upload all written authorizations of the copyrighted materials, if any
- Upload entry video for contest to Dropbox
- Deadline: October 31, 2022 (on or before 23:59 Canadian Eastern Time)
- If the video uses third party copyrighted materials such as music, song, portrait, picture or footage, the entrant is required to declare in the Copyright Declaration Form and submit written authorization at the same time. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- Entrant is to take legal responsibility for any untruthful declaration or incomplete submission.
- The organizer will not take responsibility for any delay, loss or technical fault during uploading.
Use of Entrant’s Video
- Entrant remains to be copyright holder of the entry video, and the organizer has the right to make copy for public viewing, unlimited times, including on-line media, for promotion purpose.
- Winning entrant remains to be copyright holder of the entry video, and the organizer has the right to make copy and broadcast including on-line media, globally and at unlimited times.
- The organizer, at all times, is not obligated to carry out any of the aforesaid activities.
